The Temperature is finally going down and we can begin to feel autumn in the air. We will soon be enjoying some of our best weather of the year. Therefore, this week’s task is a simple one: go outside!

In fact, studies show that spending time outdoors can help lessen your stress, lower your blood pressure and improve overall health and wellness both physically and emotionally. Plus, it can also provide quality time with those you love, which is what life is truly about.
