Join Us for a Special Alzheimer's Event
Hosted by: West Hunsaker, Morris Hall Partner and Attorney at Law
With Guest Speaker: Dr. Anna Burke, Barrow Neurological Institute
Changes in the brain start 20 to 25 years before the first day of forgetfulness so the dementia is actually at the
end of the disease, not the beginning of it. Dr. Burke's presentation will help attendees understand more about
dementia, the significant advances that have been made for doctors to diagnose Alzheimer’s disease, and the
breakthroughs on the horizon for treating Alzheimer’s disease that will change the disease from a terminal disease
to a chronic disease in the very near future.
Having a plan prior to the onset of the disease will help you and your loved ones. A properly created estate
plan with necessary health care documents will provide guidance concerning your wishes. Morris Hall partner
and attorney, West Hunsaker, will discuss what documents should be prepared in advance and why they are
important for you and your loved ones.
