Hospice Nurse, End-of-Life Coach, Author,Elder Care Manager, Professional Speaker

Denys was a hospice nurse for the past 30+ years and has been involved with a great many people during their last days. She is known for her compassion and strength in guiding the dying and their loved ones through what most people believe is the last, most difficult experience of life. She believes that the dying process is the last, most important event in our life, and offers lectures and workshops to raise awareness of this extraordinary process, as well as other related topics.  She is the author of Dying A Natural Passage. https://beyondcoping.com/  - For Those Living Through Dying "I am the relative you wish you had in your family when you are faced with healthcare challenges." Denys will provide insight into what happens when we die and help answer:
  • Is death something to be feared?
  • What can we do to help our loved one?
  • Is the dying person’s perspective different than ours?

Morris Hall strives to provide a platform to continue to educate the communities we serve on estate planning topics and the aging process.  It is an informal setting on a variety of topics with light refreshments provided.  We will be hosting these Q&As in Santa Fe on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 10-11 AM.
