Press Release – ESTATE PLANNING ATTORNEYS ATTEND & SPONSOR 24th ANNUAL TAX & LEGAL SEMINAR

They received important information from featured speaker Natalie Choate in Phoenix, AZ.

November 11th — David T. Eastman and Andrea L. Claus of Morris Hall, PLLC, acclaimed Phoenix estate planning law firm, attended the 24th annual Tax and Legal Seminar presented by the Arizona Community Foundation and the Jewish Community Foundation, this event included over 300 tax and legal professionals from across the state.

Natalie Choate, an attorney based out of Boston and author of two books (Life and Death Planning for Retirement Benefits and The QPRT Manual) was the featured speaker.  Ms. Choate focused on the topics of charitable giving with retirement benefits, making retirement benefits payable to trusts and the best and worst estate planning ideas for individual’s retirement benefits.  Those in attendance learned valuable information regarding retirement planning strategies.

Commenting on the value of the event, Morris Hall attorneys stated the following:

Natalie Choate, an attorney based out of Boston and author of two books (Life and Death Planning for Retirement Benefits and The QPRT Manual) was the featured speaker.  Ms. Choate focused on the topics of charitable giving with retirement benefits, making retirement benefits payable to trusts and the best and worst estate planning ideas for individual’s retirement benefits.  Those in attendance learned valuable information regarding retirement planning strategies.
