MH Cares – Phoenix Attorney's Real Life Experience

June 2, 2012 by Morris Hall, PLLC Leave a Comment

The critical first step in the development of your estate plan is to pick the right firm.

Since many of you reading this have already chosen MH, I don’t have to go into the wealth of knowledge that the firm’s attorneys provide you. I don’t have to talk about experience of the attorneys, nor do I need to tout the firm’s commitment to excellence.  These are all things that you already know!  I am writing because I want to share with you how much this firm cares about people; you and me.

My 18-month son has growth issues; He refuses to eat, thus he is not growing.  The medical term is “Failure to Thrive”.  As you can imagine, this is an extremely stressful time in my family’s lives.  But a major factor that has helped us get through each day is the support that each member of the firm provided – from the receptionist to the senior partner.  At work, I know that I have the support that I need to be able to excel at my job, and care for my family.  This same support is given, on a daily basis, to all of our clients (and prospective clients).  But MH does so much more!

We were able to get our son into an intensive feeding program inCalifornia.  The original plan was that my wife would stay with him, and I would “commute” on the weekends.  But the daily emotional rollercoaster of the therapy was too much for her to handle (consider that the therapy consists of strongly encouraging our son to do something, eat, that he does not want to do).  The only way for our son to continue in the program, and come out eating and growing, was for me to take the lead caretaker role.  So I am with my son, inCalifornia, seeing him through the therapy.  But MH, and you (our clients) are inArizonaandNew!

Here is where the true colors of the firm shine bright.  “Family first” is an easy slogan to spout, but put it to a test and see if the company truly cares.  In the case of MH, it really does!  The needs of my family became a priority for the firm, and with some

creativity, they have been able to support me in the time of my family’s greatest need.

When it comes to estate planning, you really want to work with people who will put your family first.  And I have seen and experienced that MH will do just that!  MH cares about your future!  MH cares about family!  MH cares about you!

I am proud and excited to be associated with the fine group of people that make up MH!
