Yes, but ultimately, we want to help people avoid probate because of the fees involved. Unfortunately, not everyone will create a trust. Many people will procrastinate and never do proper estate planning. We want to help in any way that we can, so if you know anyone who needs help with a probate, we are happy to meet with him or her, but our firm does not contest probates.
