I recently had the opportunity to meet with clients and other interested parties in Las Cruces to discuss various estate planning issues. I presented seminars that covered the basics of estate planning, including the pros and cons of different estate planning devices. The purpose of the seminars was to encourage the attendees to have their estate plan created or reviewed, to organize and prepare their financial records and property information, and to consult a financial planner to ensure they are accomplishing their financial goals. We had a very good response to our seminars and hope that the information presented was useful to the attendees. It was an enjoyable opportunity to talk with people, addressing the issues that concern them and their loved ones.
We are planning some additional seminars in Albuquerque during the month of July. We will be shifting focus from planning for death to what happens when you die, whether you have estate planning or not. Our Seminar page will give you a list of all upcoming seminars in our New Mexico and Arizona offices. Our seminars range from a number of topics relating to Estate Planning, Financial Planning, Long Term Care, Accounting, Probate, Trust Administration and more! If you are interested in attending one of these seminars, please contact our offices. I look forward to meeting with you in July.
