
Kevin F Kinghorn moved from state to state in his youth seeing all parts of the country where he interacted and associated with individuals from all walks of life. After completing high school in Hawaii and finishing his bachelors degree in Utah, Mr. Kinghorn moved to Tucson to attend law school.
Mr. Kinghorn graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Arizona College of Law in Tucson in 1993. While in law school, Mr. Kinghorn earned five awards for achieving top class scores. He graduated fifteenth in a class of one hundred fifty three law students and is a member of the Order of the Coif, a national legal honor society. He has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 1993 when he earned the third highest score on the Bar exam. He is also a member of the State Bar of Colorado, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Tax Court.
Additionally, Mr. Kinghorn is one of only a select few attorneys in Tucson certified by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization as an Estate and Trust Specialist.
An Eagle Scout himself, Mr. Kinghorn currently serves on the board of directors of the Catalina Council of the Boy Scouts of America, based in Tucson. He is also actively involved with a local Boy Scout troop. While attending law school, he married his sweetheart, Sandi, and they have two children.
Mr. Kinghorn exclusively practices Estate Planning and Probate Law. Mr. Kinghorn believes in the importance of proper planning to provide security and peace of mind for his clients and to achieve tremendous savings of time and money.
